I am Sunita Bansal, residing in Delhi. I have been associated with Dollyji and Shiv Shakti Yoga since its inception for 18-20 yrs now. I would like to share my yoga experience as a student to Dollyji who is in my experience extremely focused and dediacted to her craft and belief. She has had the most profound influence on me in terms of the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. In her gentle yet firm manner dollyji has further helped me realise my own potential and stretch myself beyond what I thought were my limits , each time giving me new insights and introducing me to new and different asanas and attitudes , hence giving me a deeper understanding of this journey. Her main focus, which is a forgotten aspect by many yoga practitioners, is breath, which she explains is the very essence of yoga. Her technical and scientific knowledge is unmatched. Coupled with her warm and sweet nature, she makes a great teacher.

I am Priti Goel, a resident of Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi. I have been learning Yoga from Mrs Dolly Luthra for more than a decade now. Dolly didi is extremely proficient in her field. She not only has an in depth knowledge of Yoga and Psychoneurobics but also has a vast knowledge on healthy and healing foods for the body and mind. She is a true healer in every sense, a very positive and compassionate human being she is always ready to help and counsel us at every step. I am Dr Aisha, Assistant Professor in Jamia Hamdard University and I teach Community Medicine to undergraduate and postgraduate students. I live in Jamia Nagar. I have been a part of Shiv Shakti Yoga Center for the past 8 years.
I was surprised to see Dolly ji’s scientific knowledge. She is highly knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the body and always gives best advice accordingly.
